Privacy Notice for Patients

1Who we are

Wanna Be Taller is a brand of Bul Sağlık Danışmanlık ve Turizm Ltd. Şti. (“Medzonia”), an international health tourism intermediary based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you contact us about limb lengthening surgery, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2What data we collect

When you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, e-mail or other channels, we collect the information you share with us. This may include:

• Identity and contact details — name, age, phone number, e-mail, country.
• Health-related information you choose to share for treatment assessment — height, weight, medical history, chronic illnesses, X-ray images and test results.

3Why we use it

Your data is used only for the following purposes:

• Assessing whether you are medically suitable for treatment.
• Preparing your treatment plan and price offer.
• Organizing your travel, accommodation and hospital process if you decide to proceed.
• Following up on your recovery after treatment.

4Health data and your consent

Information about your health is classified as sensitive personal data under Turkish law and is processed only with your explicit consent. When we ask for your details and you reply with your information, or when you send us medical documents such as X-rays, you give your consent for this data to be used for the purposes above.

5Who we share it with

Your data is shared only on a need-to-know basis with:

• Our contracted surgeon and the contracted hospital, for medical assessment and treatment.
• The contracted insurance company, for issuing your complication insurance policy.
• Accommodation and transport partners, only to the extent needed to organize your stay — they do not receive your medical information.

We never publish your identity, photos or treatment details without your separate written permission, and we never sell your data.

6International transfer

As you contact us from abroad, communication with you necessarily takes place across borders. By communicating with us through these channels, you consent to this transfer as required for providing our services.

7How long we keep it

Your data is kept for the period required by Turkish health tourism and commercial regulations, and is securely deleted or anonymized when this period expires.

8Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to certain processing of your data.
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
