After your pre-payment, three documents are prepared for you. They are what consulates and visa offices ask to see, and they are what you travel with.
Pre-payment
Your surgery date is reserved. From this moment the paperwork starts on our side.
Medical invitation letter
Issued for your visa or consulate application, naming the treatment and the dates of your stay.
Official offer
The itemised offer for your method and package, in your currency, signed and stamped.
Deposit agreement
The written agreement for your reservation. All three documents support your visa application.
Visa rules depend on your nationality; we tell you what your country needs and guide you through the application. Book your flight as soon as the date is confirmed so that seat availability never moves your surgery. Pack light: what you actually need is short.
Someone is holding your name at the gate
A driver from the contracted travel agency waits for you at the arrivals hall with your name and takes you to your hotel. From that moment, transfers between hotel, hospital and the recovery building are arranged for you.
Private transferMeet your driver at arrivals. Your patient representative confirms the pickup in your WhatsApp group before you land.
Two nights before surgery are included so you arrive rested for the hospital day.
After discharge you move into the hotel or apartment package, next to the physiotherapy room and the care team.

Before the hospital day you have time to breathe. A companion from the team who speaks your language takes you to the old city; it is a gift, not a schedule, and you can skip it if you would rather rest.
Five checks before anyone says yes
The day before surgery you are taken to the contracted hospital. Every patient goes through the same five checks; the surgery goes ahead only when all of them are cleared by the surgeon and the anaesthesia team.

The orthoroentgenogram is where your plan is drawn
A single standing image of both legs, hip to ankle. On it the surgeon measures the true length of each bone, checks that both sides are equal and that the axis of the leg is straight, and plans the lengthening range for your method. The same image becomes the baseline every follow-up X-ray is compared with.

You sign only after you understand
Before the operation you receive the full information and consent form: the method, the six stages of the process, the known risks and complications, and the company's policies. The surgeon goes through it with you; questions are welcome, and nothing is signed in a hurry.

Your patient kitA bag that is waiting for you
On the hospital day you receive your patient kit: the small things that make the first weeks easier and that nobody thinks of packing.
Two rules, and a message from the nurse
You are admitted to your hospital room the evening before. The nurse writes the reminders into your WhatsApp group so that nothing depends on memory.
Tomorrow is your surgery day. Please do not eat or drink anything after 12:00 midnight. Also, please remember to shave the leg area where the surgery will be performed.

Prof. Dr. Yunus Öç. Wanna Be Taller acts as an international health tourism intermediary (authorization certificate no. AK-0198); transfers are provided by the contracted Group A travel agency Hemcar Turizm (certificate no. 12109). Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant consulate. Individual results and timelines vary; the lengthening range is decided by the surgeon after examination.
