骨延長手術とは？
骨延長手術では仮骨延長法を用います。骨を外科的に切離し、1日約1mmずつ徐々に延長すると、その隙間に新しい骨組織が形成されます。完全体内式のPrecice 2・Fitbone、またはハイブリッド式のLON法を使用できます。
現実的な目安として、1回の手術では術式により最大8〜10cm、2回目の手術を行う場合は合計12〜15cm程度まで可能です。身体の構造上、安全に許容できる範囲を超える延長をお約束することはありません。
