Frequently asked questions about the cost calculator

Why don't I see per-session prices when I pick a recovery package?

Because the package already covers them. Physiotherapy, dressing care, X-rays, medications, psychologist and dietitian sessions, and Transfers for check-ups operated by our partner travel agency are all included in the fixed package price — there is nothing to count or add. Individual prices only apply if you arrange your own stay.

Does the surgery price change based on how many centimeters I want?

No. The base surgical fee (LON $26,400, Fitbone $54,000, Precice 2 $58,000) is fixed whether you aim for 5 cm or the single-segment maximum. Your goal mainly changes how long you stay in Istanbul.

Do the prices cover both legs?

Yes. Each price covers both legs for one segment — both femurs or both tibias — in a single operation.

Can I go home early instead of staying for the whole lengthening phase?

Yes, with your doctor's approval. Choose "Early return home": about 10–15 days in Istanbul, then our free remote follow-up program — X-ray reviews every 15 days, video physiotherapy guidance, nurse wound checks and a 24/7 WhatsApp line.

What if I want to gain more than 10 cm?

Gains above ~10 cm combine femur and tibia in the same session (quadrilateral). Set your goal above 10 cm and the calculator switches to the five combined packages automatically, from $79,400.

I'll arrange my own stay — can I still get the package price?

Yes: if you later prefer the simplicity of a fixed package, you can switch to the 3-month recovery packages ($6,750 apartment / $10,900 hotel) at any point before your arrival. Just tell your patient consultant.
