Making a Decision and Reservation Process

During the reservation process, the patient pays %10 of their total payment as a deposit and they sign the deposit agreement, which is binding for 6 months. The deposit agreement provides the payment to stay at the same price for 6 months. In order not to delay the surgery date, 90% of the payment and the accommodation price must be paid 2-3 weeks before the patient’s arrival. The reason for this is that there might be a delay during the bank transfer. If the payment is made in cash, it can be paid to the accountant of the company 1 day before the surgery.
